Meet the Doctor
Dr. Neil Kumar is an IRCC Certified panel physician who graduated from medical school at the University of British Columbia and completed his Family Medicine residency at the University of Toronto. He has a special interest in immigration and refugee health, and has been working as a Panel Physician since 2019. He is also designated by Transport Canada as a certified Marine Medical Examiner to perform Seafarers Medical Examinations. In his spare time he enjoys traveling, spending time with his family, and is an avid sports fan. He will ensure your exam is done properly and is submitted without delay. He looks forward to continuing to meet people from all around the world, and help them call Canada home.
